Hello everyone! 

My name is Ashley C Neyra, and I was born and raised in Maryland. I'm a professional photographer and have been in the field for 4 years. I specialize in Graduations, Portraits/ Family Portraits, products, sports, landscape/ street photography, and photojournalism. I'm passionate about capturing moments that tell stories and creating images that evoke emotion. I'm excited to continue to learn and explore new techniques.

The Origin Story:

From a young age, I always had a camera in my hands. I was always fascinated by them in whatever way they were involved whether that was in movies or photography I always followed where the camera went. At the age of 8, I received my first camera, it wasn’t anything major, but it unlocked a whole world for me that I didn’t even know about. Ever since then, I knew it was my passion. I started taking photography more seriously in college. I then started doing graduation photos for my old high school and absolutely fell in love with them. After taking more photography classes at Montgomery college I fell in love with different aspects of photography like product, sports, and landscape/ street photography. 

My Photography Style:

 The way I would describe my type of photography as fine art photography with warm and colorful tones. Always trying to keep the authenticity and beauty of the moment being captured. Although I've grown a love for black and white and have been recently doing more of an absolutely loved. 

Education:

I Intend of finishing my associate’s degree in photography and general studies at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD, and then go on to get my bachelor's in photography and journalism else where.
